BNR-Capital B.V. is responsible for the processing of your company and personal data described in this Privacy Statement. We are located in Wieringerwerf (the Netherlands) at Terpstraat 45, and registered in the Chamber of Commerce under number 81949944.
What types of data do we process?
BNR-Capital may process the following business and/or personal data of you and your company:
- The company details of your company, as included in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce Financial details of your company, such as the VAT number and, if your company can buy on account, also the bank account number.
- The contact details of the first and second purchaser and of the other contact persons within your company (first name, last name, e-mail address, and (optionally) your telephone number) and if you have an account in the online ordering platform: your personal data (first name, last name and company email id, (optionally) your telephone number), your login details (email address and password), your authorization (whether you are main administrator, administrator or orderer and for which customer numbers (locations) you can place orders) and other information of your account, such as your job title, specialization and preferred location.
- The data relating to the purchases made and the data relating to the orders placed from your account in the online ordering platform.
- Our communication with you, contact our Customer Service, Support department if you fill in a contact form on our website or register a ticket Information we collect when you visit our website, such as functional cookies, and similar technologies.
- Your location data, if you have given permission to use it.
- Other information that you share with us, such as interests and preferences that you share with us, a reaction on social media, or participation in a customer survey, promotion, or competition.
- Your participation in events, inspirational sessions, and training.
How do we process your company and personal data?
We strive for optimal service, in which the interests of our customers come first. This is also the starting point for the processing of your company and personal data. In order to provide you with the best possible service and to improve our services, it is necessary that we process your company and personal data. We do this in order to be able to implement the agreement we have concluded with your company because we have a legitimate interest in our marketing activities and the research and analyses we perform, to comply with legal obligations that apply to BNR-Capital or because you have given us permission to do so. We will inform you in this chapter about exactly how we process your company and personal data.
Prospects
If you have registered your company in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce, we canreceive the details of your company from the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce informs us whether your company has activated the Non-Mailing Indicator. If you have not activated the Non-Mailing Indicator, we will use the company details we receive from the Chamber of Commerce to send information about BNR-Capital by post or email to the company address or email address. We can also contact your company by telephone to ask whether it would like to become a customer of BNR-Capital, unless you have a sole proprietorship or general partnership. We can also obtain your company data in other ways than via the Chamber of Commerce, because your company data is public. In that case, we cannot guarantee that we will not approach your company even though your company has activated the Non-Mailing Indicator. Naturally, we only do business with reputable parties, who we expect to respect your preferences.

We use Ageru (a product of BNR-Quality) software to store and process your data and orders. Ageru is an interactive platform that offers us insight into BNR Capital’s data and enables us to grow. Ageru Insights enables better decisions to be made, with the aim of better serving customers’ needs.
Commercial partners and service providers
We may use commercial partners and service providers to provide our services. These third parties may only use the company and personal data that BNR Capital provides to them for the purpose for which BNR-Capital provided the data to them. They are obliged to protect all company and personal data against unauthorized use and loss and must take appropriate technical and organizational measures to this end.

We may be required by law to share company or personal information or information about your company’s purchases with public authorities or government organizations.
